Tandem Paragliding is the is the quickest and easiest way to experience flight in its purest form. Here at Airplay we offer two types of tandem experiences.
The Peak Experience.		$140.00
Soaring above the cliffs of Te Mata Peak, Havelock North, you'll enjoy the panoramic views of the Tuki Tuki river valley below and the views across the Heretaunga Plains to the Ruahine and Kaweka Ranges. We may even be able to see Mount Ruapehu. Simply majestic. Flight time will be 15 minutes. Cost $140.00 (discounts for 4 or more people)
The Cross Country Experience.		From $250.00
For those with an adventure in mind. You and your pilot will embark on a cross country flight, flying as far as possible away from Te Mata Peak. To do this we will need a sky full with cumulus clouds and plenty of thermals. This is what paragliding is all about. Te Mata Peak offers excellent opportunities to use thermals to extend our flight and fly distance over the spectacular Hawkes Bay country side. We may even be able to break the New Zealand distance record for tandems. Bookings for this experience are essential. Flight time may be up to 4 hours. Costs start from $250.00
